Dawn Wilkes

Company Director

Dawn is the Owner / Company Director of Infinity Home Care Ltd. She set up Infinity to provide the best home care possible based on her own experiences in the health and care sector. Dawn has over 28 years of experience in varying care roles. 

Dawn's vision is to provide high-quality person-centred care services for people in their own homes, she is also a specialist in Person-centred Dementia Care.


Dawn will be the first point of contact within the company and she manages the overall operation.


Dawn personally recruits her team. She also guides the staff through the training programme, which is followed by ongoing supervisions and spot checks.

Debbie Lewis

Registered Manager

Debbie joined the Infinity team in 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant, before being promoted to a Deputy Manager role in 2019 then Registered Manager in February 2023. Debbie has 26 years of knowledge and experience in the care sector and has completed  her NVQ level 5 in care and is also a Dementia Specialist.

Debbie works closely beside the Company Director with recruitment and selection. Her main duties are the day to day running of the Care Team and Clients.

Debbie gets to know the clients and their families from the initial assessment to ongoing reviews. From the initial assessment, Debbie will shadow staff and works alongside them with new clients until the care package is established and will go above and beyond to help both clients and staff.

We are very proud of our team of carers. All carers are carefully selected from all applicants through an in-depth interview and require two references. The new staff ‘shadow’ an experienced carer to begin with to meet the clients and learn their care needs, and it also gives us a further chance to assess their suitability to the role. The current staff all work very well on their own and in pairs at double up calls. We monitor the staff with 3-monthly supervisions and spot checks. We also carry out a quality questionnaire annually.
