Dawn Wilkes
Company Director
Dawn is the Founder and Company Director of Infinity Home Care Ltd. She established the company with a clear vision: to deliver exceptional home care services based on her extensive experience and passion for supporting people to live independently in their own homes.
With over 30 years of experience across a wide range of health and social care roles, Dawn has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the sector. She is particularly recognised for her specialist skills in person-centered dementia care, ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, tailored support that respects their unique needs and preferences.
As Company Director, Dawn oversees the overall operation of Infinity Home Care Ltd and remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. She is also the first point of contact for clients, families, and professionals, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with Infinity.
Debbie Lewis
Registered Manager
Debbie became a part of the Infinity team in 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant, earning a promotion to Deputy Manager in 2019 and then to Registered Manager in February 2023. With 29 years of expertise in the care sector, she has achieved NVQ Level 5 in care and is recognised as a Dementia Specialist.
In her role, Debbie collaborates closely with the Company Director on recruitment and selection. primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Care Team and overseeing care. Debbie takes the time to build relationships with clients and families, beginning with the initial assessment and continuing through ongoing reviews. She actively supports staff by shadowing them with new clients until the care package is fully established, always going the extra mile to assist both clients and team members.
Beckie Greaves
Deputy Manager
Beckie joined Infinity Home Care Ltd in 2025 as Deputy Manager and has quickly become a valued member of the leadership team. Bringing over 25 years of experience in both residential care homes and community care, Beckie has dedicated her career to delivering high-quality, compassionate support to those who need it most.
With a caring, supportive, and professional approach, Beckie is committed to ensuring that both clients and staff receive the highest level of guidance, encouragement, and care. Working closely with the management team, she helps oversee the day-to-day running of the service, supporting care staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that every client receives safe, effective, and person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Beckie is passionate about building positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, helping to create the warm, friendly, and professional environment that Infinity Home Care is known for. Her wealth of knowledge, reliability, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the Infinity family.

Our Care Team Members
We take great pride in our dedicated and skilled team of caregivers, selected not only for their compassionate character but also for their integrity. Each caregiver undergoes a thorough interview process and must provide two references. New staff members initially shadow an experienced caregiver to familiarise themselves with clients' needs and us to further evaluate their fit for the role. Our team excels both independently and in pairs during double-up calls. We ensure quality through quarterly supervisions and surprise checks, along with an annual quality questionnaire.
Rosie – Company Companion
Rosie is Infinity Home Care's much-loved company companion and an important part of our team. At 9 years old, this friendly Jack Russell can be found in the office every day, where she brings plenty of smiles, comfort, and companionship to staff and visitors alike.
Rosie is also a familiar face to many of our clients, regularly accompanying the team on visits when appropriate. Her gentle nature, friendly personality, and endless enthusiasm help brighten people's day and often provide comfort and emotional support to those we care for.
Whether she's greeting visitors, joining meetings, or spending time with clients, Rosie plays a special role in creating the warm, family-oriented atmosphere that Infinity Home Care is known for.
