Infinity home care ltd was recommened to me by a friend. They cared for my Dad last year coming in 3 times a day. Absolutely fantastic care,the staff are lovely. Dad grew to love them.Always put a smile on his face. Sadly Dad passed away December and then my mum was poorly and needed care. Infinity cared for her and they were like family to us. Thank you for caring for them.

My wife has needed care since suffering a stroke 18 months ago and spending time in hospital when her mobility was affected and to help get her more independent. Also to look after all her personal needs. When looking for home care I decided a local smaller care company would be ideal as it offered familiar faces and carers who she got to know and could relate to. The caveat was whether, if emergency cover was needed ,they could respond quickly. In all ways they have met and exceeded our expectations. Since then after a further time in hospital after a fall her needs have increased as her mobility reduced. However the good training and expertise of the carers using various handling apparatus was evident. They also are concerned about my welfare, ask how I am, and offer to do small jobs if they have time to spare. I would definitely recommend

them and I made the right choice in using Infinity Home care who have never let me or my wife down.

I have been using Infinity Home Care to help me look after my sister since April 2024. During this time the carers have been excellent, very caring, professional and above all have made mine and my sisters life so much easier. My sister has alzheimers disease, so routine and regular carers are essential, Infinity Home Care, ensured this was adhered to so she knew who was helping her at all times. Over the last two years as her abilities and understanding has declined, her carers made sure additional support was available and have gone above and beyond to ensure she has stayed safe and secure in her home. I am and always will be, forever grateful for the help and support we have been given and would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs help.

My Moms care started about Feb 2025 and continued until last week when she passed away. You were recommended to us and my brother and I are so glad that we came to you. Mom was very reluctant to have carers but soon grew to love her team of girls who were wonderful with her and always had a joke with her but also treated her with dignity and respect. In the last few weeks when she needed more care including end of life care more people were added to the mix and they were equally as wonderful. The team always told Mom what they were going to do before moving her or touching her, even when she wasn't able to communicate with them. I can't thank these people

enough for making the end of Moms life peaceful and dignified. Thank you all so much i'm sure you will remember Sylvia, we will always remember you with love and thanks.

Infinity have provided care to my mother over the past 7 months, visiting 3 or 4 times each week. Our initial contact with the managers gave a good impression, and the ongoing care confirmed this. The carers have been friendly, efficient & reliable. They have also been very flexible, for example cancelling visits during occasional hospital stays, but increasing the number of visits during convalescence. The visit reports are detailed & sent immediately to my phone, which is really useful. Overall, it has been a great success, and I would recommend anyone looking for care to consider Infinity.

My very dear step father was cared for by Infinity Home Care for about 3 months from April to July 2024. When the time came that we could no longer look after him ourselves at home Infinity Home Care came to the rescue. The carers were kind, sensitive, and built a good rapport with all of us. They were extremely flexible with the time they came to care for him, working with us to make it as convenient as possible. They helped us through a very difficult time. My 96 year old aunt was still living at home with her husband but it was clear they were struggling to cope & her health had taken a turn for the worse. We took on the services of a local care company but it was clear that the carers that attended we're not up to the job. On a recommendation we contacted Infinity Home Care Ltd and oh what a difference it made. We had an initial meeting and then they started a few days later. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better care for my aunt.

They were caring, compassionate, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. The management team were always contactable if I needed to speak with them and all of their staff went above and beyond what I would have expected. Sadly my aunt took a turn for the worse and became end of life and passed away soon after, but the attention and caring from Infinity staff made her later days in life far more bearable. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone needing care.

My husband has been looked after by Infinity Home Care for more than three years. From the very first meeting with the management team, we both felt that he would be in good hands. He has two regular carers who provide him with continuity and the highest standard of care. Personal dignity is always maintained. The carers have become like members of the family. They are punctual and we are kept advised of any changes. Our carers are able to tune in to my husband's needs - which can be variable. On bad days they are able to adapt what they do accordingly. Even on bad days, my husband benefits from the staff's gentle support and is encouraged by their kindness. The management team is extremely approachable and kind, offering flexibility and extra help when hospital admissions have come our way, and discharges from the hospital happen without much warning. We have found all the staff to be very professional, kind, caring and dedicated. We have no hesitation in recommending Infinity.

 Infinity Home Care came to us via personal recommendations, to provide assistance with my late mother's bed bath three times a week. The manager and her excellent team worked tirelessly to reinstall my mother's confidence and dignity in her vulnerable condition (having had a bad experience with another care company previously), providing the highest level of professionalism and genuine care at every visit, from the day they began, through to the culmination with End of Life care.

From the personal perspective of my wife and myself (I was my mother's full time carer, we had moved in to provide round the clock care) we found Infinity invaluable. Not only did they handle the intricacies of bed bathing, which were beyond us, but they also came with a fresh joy to each visit which helped to alleviate the stress of being a full time carer. I therefore unreservedly recommend Infinity to anyone who requires the very best in professional Home Care!

My father-in-law had received care from Infinity for around 3 years. They treated him as one of their own and as a person, not an old man. He always had the same carers, who got to know him so well, that they could tell when he needed medical treatment, sometimes before he even realised. This was possible because of the continuity of carers he had, they arrived at the same time every day, and even in the snow, they walked to his home. This was such a help for us, as we couldn't always be on hand at the drop of a hat. We had such confidence in their abilities and couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for my father-in-law and us as a family. We will always remember their kindness, professionalism and support. I feel I should also mention how approachable the office staff were, and how helpful they were every time I phoned or needed support.

My mum is new to the care system, but all the staff at Infinity Home Care have made it very easy for us to adapt to. The care they provide is absolutely excellent.  
Mum always knows who is coming, as she has the same 2 carers every week and at the time they say they're going to arrive.

The manager and her team looked after my close friend for only a short while as he was terminally ill. They soon made a bond with me and my friend. Firstly, their general care was excellent and reliable. Once matters worsened, they were extremely knowledgeable about his care and what was needed next. They all communicated with the medical staff and me very well, often one step ahead of what happens next. They showed great compassion towards my friend but were professional at all times. His personal care needs were all seen to with dignity and respect. He could not have asked for more. Infinity Home Care looked after my mum from May 2020 to September 2022. In the time that they helped me and my mum, it was truly a godsend because Mum had many health issues that needed constant attention. They were consistent, kind, reliable and always showed compassion to us both and the rest of our family. They were always on time and in contact if needed. My mum really loved to see all of the carers and they did make a huge difference to her every day. They made her laugh and feel comfortable when she needed it the most. I don't think I could have gotten through the past few years without their experience and much-needed chats. They were consummate professionals throughout and I have nothing but respect and love towards all the carers who looked after Mum. The final weeks were incredibly tough for us all but they never faulted and treated Mum with love and dignity to the end and made the last part of our journey together far easier than it would have been.

 I have never been involved in the care system before this but Infinity Home Care Ltd have made this experience a great one. The care staff and the management team are all truly amazing and are all a credit to the job they do. 
The care staff have enabled my mum to regain her independence whilst also putting her at ease with the things she can't manage. They never rush and always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much for any of them to do.
The management are always helpful and there to help or even just listen to me when I need them to. 
All at Infinity Home Care are honest, kind and truly amazing people. They become more like family every day.

My mom ended up having to have care due to her old age, and we were told that this company called Infinity Home Care would be looking after my mom, that was 5 years ago (I think it was 5 years it could be longer) until she passed away in December 2022.
All I can say about this company and the staff is that the level of care, compassion, respect, love and support that both my mom and myself received was more than outstanding, they were always cheerful and on time when the visited my mom, spoke to her like an adult, cheered her up and gave her the dignity that she required, when she needed it. They always went above and beyond in their care, and as I live so far away from my mom knowing she was well looked after and cared for meant the world.
The staff treated my mom like one of their own family and nothing was too much trouble and you just can't ask for more than that.
We were so lucky to find such a loving and caring company with loving and caring staff.
